What is go home safe seminar series all about?
We represent a limited part of the self defense community that has stripped away the fluff and hype on self defense. A common misconception about self-defense is that you have to train for years to be proficient, and you should master moves you commonly see in holly wood movies, and if you ever have to use your skills the encounter should be like the sport fights you watch on TV.
Truth to be told, it does not take years of training to master self defense, and any self defense situation is an ugly matter, with nothing in common with holly wood or sport fighting. Most people think of self defense as only fighting, others think of self defense as doing everything possible not to fight. We genuinely think self defense is both, avoid the situation if possible; however do not hesitate to defend yourself or a loved one if needed.

What makes a ghs Seminar so different from any other Self Defense Seminar?
In the GHS seminar series, you will not sit down and take notes...
The ghs Seminar Series are divided into three levels, each level builds on the skill set you learned in the previous level.
*Seminar is open to everyone, ages 15 and above, special permission can be granted by ghs staff.

In the GHS seminar series, you will not sit down and take notes...
- You will work with trained instructors on awareness, body language and prevention of common social confrontations...
- You will learn where and how to strike an attacker in order to survive and get away from common physical confrontations.
- You will learn how to use common object as improvised weapons.
- You will learn how to deal with an armed attacker....
